TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General Conduct

Treat all users and staff with respect. Racism, doxxing, and blackmail are grounds for an immediate ban without refund. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards drama.

2. Escrow Rules

The Auto-Finalize timer is set to 14 days for physical goods and 48 hours for digital goods. If you do not extend the timer or open a dispute before it expires, the funds are released to the vendor. Support cannot reverse this.

3. Dispute Resolution

If a package is lost, the moderator decides based on the vendor's policy. If the vendor specifies "No reship for non-tracked orders", you will not get a refund. Always read the vendor's T&C before buying.
