Q: I lost my PIN code. Can admin reset it?
A: No. We do not store your PINs in plaintext. If you lose it, your funds are permanently locked. This is a security feature, not a bug. Do not open a support ticket for this, as we cannot help you.
Q: My deposit hasn't arrived yet.
A: Monero requires 10 network confirmations before it appears in your Nexus wallet. This usually takes 20-30 minutes. The blockchain must verify the transaction blocks. Do not open a ticket until 1 hour has passed.
Q: Why is 2FA mandatory?
A: To prevent account takeovers via phishing. Even if a hacker gets your password, they cannot login without your PGP private key. This significantly reduces the success rate of phishing sites.
Q: How do I dispute an order?
A: If your order has not arrived after the shipping time has elapsed, go to the order page and click "Dispute". A moderator will join the chat. Do not finalize the order if you have an issue.
Q: Why was my vendor application rejected?
A: We require proof of sales from other markets (Recon, Dread, etc.). If you are a new vendor with no history, you must pay the bond. We do not accept vendors selling prohibited items (weapons, poisons).
Q: Can I use Bitcoin (BTC)?
A: Absolutely not. Bitcoin is a transparent ledger. All transactions are traceable. We only accept Monero (XMR) to protect our users and ourselves.
Q: What is "FE" (Finalize Early)?
A: FE means releasing funds to the vendor before you receive the product. This is risky. Only FE for vendors you trust implicitly. If you FE and get scammed, support cannot help you.
Additional Support Protocols
Our support team operates 24/7. However, due to high ticket volume, responses may take up to 24 hours. Please be concise in your ticket. Do not spam multiple tickets for the same issue, as this will push your request to the back of the queue. Always include your Order ID and Transaction Hash (TXID) when reporting payment issues.
Regarding PGP issues: Ensure you are decrypting the message using the correct private key. If you reformatted your computer and lost your key, your account is lost. Create a new account. We cannot disable 2FA for you.
